Appointments can be made through our website ventureautoservices.com, by phone, or in person at our service center (subject to availability).
Pricing
All service prices are starting from the amounts listed on our website and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary depending on the make, model, and condition of your vehicle, as well as the specific services requested. Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Please note: Any deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, regardless of notice period.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and vehicle assessment.
Client Conduct
Venture Auto Services maintains a professional and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Vehicle and Service Responsibility
Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate information regarding the condition of their vehicle.

Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicles before service.

Clients must ensure their vehicle is legally registered and insured.
Service Limitation Disclaimer
Our services are based on visible issues and the information you provide. Venture Auto Services is not liable for undetected problems or damages that arise after service, particularly those resulting from pre-existing conditions.
Estimates and Approvals
All work will be estimated and discussed with the client before initiation. No repairs or maintenance will be performed without the client’s prior approval.
Liability
Venture Auto Services is not liable for:

Any mechanical or electrical problems not directly related to the services performed.

Damage caused by manufacturer defects, previous third-party work, or client negligence.

Lost or stolen items left inside vehicles.
Clients are encouraged to inspect their vehicles after service. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
